After dispatch, we’ll normally email a tracking number or link once it becomes available. Tracking can take several business days to update, particularly when a parcel is moving through an international fulfillment network. If you need help, email info@bellnie.com with your order number.

Some pieces may ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive in separate packages, on different days, with separate tracking numbers. There is no extra shipping charge solely because your order is split, unless disclosed at checkout.

If you’re ordering for a holiday, vacation or family photos, email info@bellnie.com before purchasing so we can help you check the timing. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays and customs processing.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@bellnie.com with your name, order number, the items you want to return and the reason. Eligible clothing must be unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging where applicable; trying it on for fit is permitted. Washed, altered, personalized or certain hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded.

Wait for approval and the correct return address before sending anything back. Our registered business address is not the return address. Read the full Return & Refund Policy.

Customers generally pay return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee may apply to discretionary returns. For a verified defect, damage or fulfillment error caused by us, the restocking fee generally does not apply and applicable return-related fees may be waived. See the Return & Refund Policy for full details and exceptions.

Approved refunds are generally processed within up to 10 business days after your return has been received and inspected. Refunds go to your original payment method; your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. Applicable fees or other policy deductions may affect the final amount.

Exchanges depend on stock and fulfillment availability. Email info@bellnie.com with your order number and the size you need. We’ll explain the available options; in some cases, returning the original piece and placing a new order may be the quickest approach. Return conditions and any applicable fees still apply.

Email info@bellnie.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, contact details, a description of the issue and clear photos or video. Once reviewed, we’ll help with an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.
